This Privacy Policy explains how Young & Free International Limited and Young & Free Global (collectively referred to as “Young & Free,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information relating to any visitor, user, customer, partner, or entity (“you,” “your,” or “user”) who accesses or uses any of our platforms, products, services, websites, applications, digital properties, offline engagements, or communications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, visiting, interacting with, registering for, subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using any of our Services, you automatically and irrevocably agree to this Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.

For avoidance of doubt, references to “Young & Free International” shall be deemed to include “Young & Free Global,” and vice versa, whether now existing or formed in the future.

By merely accessing or using any Young & Free Service, you grant Young & Free full, unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and worldwide consent to collect, receive, generate, infer, analyze, store, use, share, commercialize, and otherwise process your data by any lawful means and for any purpose Young & Free deems fit, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, analytical, strategic, commercial, research, profiling, automation, and monetization purposes.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing consent, regardless of whether you have read this Privacy Policy or not.

  • Third-party platforms, partners, affiliates, vendors, and data providers

  • Publicly available sources and directories

  • Inferences and analytics generated internally 

  • Physical and offline interactions, including but not limited to business cards, printed materials, event registrations and attendance lists, written notes, sign-in sheets, forms, documents, proposals, and correspondence, and any information shared verbally, visually, or in writing.

  • Materials, records, or information accessed or received by any Young & Free staff member, representative, agent, or contractor in the course of business, whether formally submitted or otherwise obtained. 

  • Inferences, observations, analytics, profiling, and insights generated internally from any of the above. 

Any data obtained through physical, offline, or incidental means may be digitized, stored, analyzed, combined with other data, and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5. USE OF INFORMATION

Young & Free may use your data for any purpose it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:

  • Providing, operating, and improving Services

  • Marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns

  • Brand positioning, storytelling, and publicity

  • Strategic analysis, market intelligence, and research

  • Product development, innovation, and testing

  • Marketing agencies and advertising networks

Young & Free retains data for as long as it determines necessary or desirable, including indefinitely, unless legally required otherwise.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with data transmission and storage. 

11. NO WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Young & Free makes no warranties regarding data security, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young & Free shall not be liable for any loss, damage, harm, or claim arising from:

  • Data collection, use, or disclosure

  • Unauthorized access or breaches

  • Third-party actions or failures

  • Reliance on any content or communication 

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

  • Safeguarding your access credentials

  • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction 

13. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Our Services are not directed at children unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to collect and process data as permitted by applicable law. 

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Young & Free may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. 

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which Young & Free operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

16. CONTACT AND DATA DELETION REQUESTS

If you believe, suspect, or become aware that any of your data has been collected, processed, stored, or used by Young & Free, and you wish to request deletion of such data, you may submit a written request to:

Any deletion request must:

  • Clearly identify the requester

  • Specify exactly which data elements are requested to be deleted (e.g., email address, phone number, name, device identifier, account data)

  • Provide sufficient information to allow Young & Free to verify the request reasonably

Young & Free reserves the right to:

  • Verify the identity of the requester before acting on any request

  • Decline, delay, partially fulfill, or retain certain data where retention is necessary or desirable for legal, regulatory, operational, security, business continuity, analytics, or legitimate business purposes

  • Retain anonymized, aggregated, derived, or de-identified data indefinitely

Submission of a deletion request does not guarantee full or immediate deletion of all data, and Young & Free shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the retention or deletion of data carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Terms and Conditions for transaction via and/or to Young & Free International (Young & Free Global)

By making a payment, donation, or purchase associated with Young & Free International Limited and Young & Free Global (collectively referred to as “Young & Free,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern all financial transactions involving Young & Free, including:

Donations made to Young & Free.

Payments for invoices issued by Young & Free.

Purchases made from the Young & Free online store.

All payments are processed through a third-party platform, which has its own terms and conditions.

 

2. Payments Processed by Payment Processor

Payments, donations, and purchases are processed by a third-party platform, which is independent of Young & Free.

By completing a transaction, you agree to that Payment processor's terms and conditions and privacy policy, which can be found on their website.

Young & Free is not responsible for any issues, errors, or breaches arising from the Payment processor's systems.


3. Payment and Billing Information

You must provide accurate payment and billing details during the transaction process.

Payment options offered by the payment processor may include mobile money, credit cards, debit cards, and other options.

Any errors in payment processing should be reported to the payment processor and Young & Free promptly.


4. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Tax-deductibility of donations is subject to your local regulations; consult a tax professional for guidance.


5. Purchases from the Online Store

Prices are listed in various currencies and may change without prior notice.

Shipping fees, taxes, and additional costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and refunds for purchases are subject to Young & Free's Refund and Return Policy, which can be found by clicking HERE.


6. Invoice Payments

Payments for invoices must be completed via Pesapal by the due date specified on the invoice.

Late payments may result in additional charges.

For disputes regarding invoices, please contact Young & Free at hello@youngandfreeinternational.com within THREE working days.


7. Payment Security

The payment processor handles payment security and assures industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures.

Young & Free is not liable for security breaches or fraudulent activities that occur on the payment processor's platform.


8. Refund Policy

Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds for purchases will follow Young & Free’s Refund and Return Policy, subject to eligibility requirements.

Refund requests for errors in payment processing must be directed to the payment processor


9. Fraud Prevention

Young & Free reserves the right to review and cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity.

Transactions flagged as suspicious by the payment processor may be subject to delays or cancellation.


10. Liability Disclaimer

Young & Free is not responsible for issues related to the payment processor's functionality, service availability, or transaction errors.

Any disputes related to the payment platform should be resolved with the payment processor directly.


11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Young & Free may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Young & Free website.


12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved under these laws.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to this policy for guidance.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Physical Products

Refunds are applicable only for products returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within THREE days of the delivery date.

Items damaged during shipping may be eligible for replacement or a full refund, with proof of damage (e.g., photos and videos).

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.


b. Electronic Products and Services

Electronic products (e.g., eBooks, digital downloads, online training programs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of:

Services (e.g., workshops, online training) are non-refundable unless:

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they support our mission.

Exceptions may be made for duplicate transactions or payment errors. Refund requests must be submitted within THREE days of the donation date.

TERMS & DISCLAIMER

This applies to the $1 Question Service as provided by Young & Free International Limited and Young & Free Global (collectively referred to as “Young & Free,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

1. Nature of the Service

The $1 Question Service provides a single, written response to one clearly stated question submitted by the user.

This service is designed to offer general insight, perspective, and strategic direction, not exhaustive analysis or ongoing consultation. 

2. One Question Means One Question

  • Each payment covers one (1) question and one (1) answer

  • Multiple questions combined into one submission are not accepted

  • Follow-up questions require a new submission and payment 

3. Question Acceptance

Young & Free reserves the right to:

  • Decline questions that are unclear, misleading, inappropriate, academic, abusive, or outside the scope of the service

  • Decline questions that require extensive research, prolonged engagement, or back-and-forth communication

If a question is declined, no answer will be provided, but payment is considered compensation for time spent reviewing the submission. 

4. Response Channel

All responses under the $1 Question Service shall be:

  • Delivered only via the email address provided by the user at the time of submission

  • Not provided through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, or any other communication channel

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted email address is accurate and accessible.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made under the $1 Question Service are final and non-refundable.

By submitting a question, you acknowledge that:

  • You are paying for access to insight, not a guaranteed outcome

  • Dissatisfaction with the answer does not qualify for a refund 

6. Response Time

Accepted questions are answered within 24–48 hours.

Delays caused by system issues, high volume, or clarification requests do not constitute a breach of service.

7. Not Professional Advice
